Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

No Item that is Custom-made can be returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account via EFT within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged because of a flaw in product. Incase the Courier company damaged the parcel – we will first bring it under their attention first and they then need to refund us the courier charges to collect and deliver the new undamaged parcel to yourself. We will first try and repair the item and then courier it back to you, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Tin Home Decor, 8 Banksia Rd, Oriel, Bedfordview, 2007.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should courier your product to: Tin Home Decor, 8 Banksia Rd, Oriel, Bedfordview, 2007.

You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item. Courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Any custom made orders is not refundable. Madeleen would have stayed in contact with you before she couriered the parcel and found out that you are satisfied. She would of told you any item never made before by her staff – is not guaranteed. When returning custom made orders/ items, you will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item and may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
